- Reflections are sent from your email account and back to your email account. This means the privacy of your email account is important. Don't use an email address that you share with others.
- Your password is only as secure as you make it. Use a strong, unique password for your account.

Your account and any reflections will be kept for 18 months after the last reflection entry, or 18 months after the subscription or course expiration, whichever is the later. This is so you can restart your subscription and access your previous reflections. Financial records will be kept for seven years for tax purposes.

Where necessary, we will transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
